TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&Cs) – JORBE

Welcome to Jorbe. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Jorbe via the website www.jorbe.eu. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. PRODUCTS & ORDERS

  • Product Description: Jorbe takes the utmost care in describing and presenting products. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to digital display settings.

  • Order Validation: An order is considered final only after payment has been confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (e.g., payment dispute, suspected fraud).

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Prices: Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include French VAT (where applicable). Prices do not include shipping costs, which are added at checkout.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as indicated on the website. Payment is due at the time of order.

  • Retention of Title: Products remain the property of Jorbe until full payment is received.

4. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

  • Production Time: Every order requires 2 to 4 working days for production before shipment.

  • Delivery Times: * France & Europe: 2 to 7 working days after dispatch.

    • Overseas (DOM-TOM): Up to 1 month.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon physical delivery of the goods.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

In accordance with French law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

  • Return Costs: Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

6. LEGAL GUARANTEES

Jorbe is liable for:

  • The Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Art. L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): You have 2 years from delivery to act if the product does not match the description.

  • The Guarantee against Hidden Defects (Art. 1641 of the Civil Code): You may choose between a refund or a price reduction if the product has a hidden defect that makes it unfit for use.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on www.jorbe.eu (logos, designs, texts, images) is the exclusive property of Jorbe. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8. PERSONAL DATA

Jorbe collects data necessary for order processing and shipping. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

9. LIABILITY

Jorbe shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from "force majeure" (unforeseeable and external events) or carrier strikes.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French Law. In the event of a dispute:

  1. Please contact our customer service first to find an amicable solution.

  2. In accordance with Art. L612-1 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge.

  3. Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
