RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY – JORBE

Thank you for shopping at Jorbe (www.jorbe.eu).

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your items, in accordance with French and European consumer protection laws.


1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (STATUTORY RIGHT)

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The items were received in the last 14 days.

  • The items are in their original packaging.

  • The items have not been worn, washed, or damaged.

  • All original tags and labels are still attached to the garment.

Exclusions: Items that have been personalized or made to your specifications cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear or swimwear may only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact.

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the items: Place the items securely in their original packaging.

  3. Ship the package: Send the package to the following address:

Return Shipping Costs: In accordance with our terms, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods (or proof of shipment).

The refund will include the standard delivery costs paid at the time of purchase (if applicable), in accordance with French law. Supplemental costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.

5. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same model in a different size or color, please contact us at [Your Contact Email]. You will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order on www.jorbe.eu.

6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS (LEGAL GUARANTEE)

Aside from your 14-day right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Article L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the Civil Code). If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect to arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
