SHIPPING POLICY – JORBE

At Jorbe (www.jorbe.eu), we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Since our products are handled with care, please review our shipping timelines and conditions below.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

As some of our items are produced or prepared specifically for your order, please allow for a production period:

Production Time: 2 to 4 working days.
Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding French public holidays.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been produced and handed over to our carrier, the estimated delivery time depends on your geographic location:

France & Europe: 2 to 7 working days.
International (Rest of World): 5 to 10 working days (estimated).
French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM): Please allow up to 1 month for delivery due to specific logistical constraints and customs processing.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination address. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey directly on the carrier’s website.

We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
